Exchange policy

EVSSTHEBRAND does not offer refunds, we run an Exchange Only policy.

We understand sometimes the fit isn't perfect and we are about making you feel confident in your new purchase , so here at EVSS we’re happy to accept exchanges on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels. This applies to any item despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you.

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by Evss when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

Body: Please include your full name and contact number.

Feel free to be picky. You can exchange your item for any size or item (permitted it’s in stock) and we send them back to you at no extra charge. We offer 2 exchanges for every item.

If your size is unavailable after you place an order, you will be given a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.

Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This varies between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as this is out of our control.
